windows explorer crashing

Windows Explorer Crashing

Hello,
I am in need of some assistance... I left my pc downloading several files, then walked out for about 3 hours. Then I came back and unlocked my pc, to find a "Windows Explorer has stopped working. (I've seen this before, so I didn't think much) Until it restarted windows explorer and did it again, and again. So I thought if I restart it, it will clear the RAM, so I did, and came back to the exact same problem.
Any Help?
Thanks, Jason

If you upgraded, and had firefox installed, this will happen. If you did a fresh install, installed firefox and made it the default browser, this will happen.

Really? That's going to be a pain, since IE7 refuses to run under my limited account...
